HOW DOES THE PROCEDURE WORK?

If you have shopped at maisonsacreecannes.com and your product is defective, go to the "My Orders" page and follow the instructions specified to return your product; otherwise, please write an email to info@maisonsacreecannes.com with your order number.

Ensure the defective product you send us is empty and clean, as we return dirty bags to the customer at their expense. Remember that it may take up to 21 business days for your product to be returned to you after it reaches us.


Maison Sacrée Limited Global Warranty

At Maison Sacrée, we subject all our products to testing to confirm they meet standards. Therefore, if any problem arises with a Maison Sacrée product due to a manufacturing defect related to materials or workmanship, we reserve the right to repair or replace the product under the warranty conditions stated here, at our discretion. This warranty is valid only for the person who purchased the product or for whom the product was purchased as a gift.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse (such as carrying inappropriate materials), neglect, accidents, wear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, natural wear and tear from use, or damage from travel (e.g., by airline). Maintenance and repair operations not covered by the warranty on your product can be performed by any company, but you must contact Maison Sacrée exclusively at info@maisonsacreecannes.com for any repairs under warranty. Improper or incorrect maintenance or repair operations invalidate this warranty. The warranty coverage for each product (2 years) is always indicated on the product's information tag and care label.

Please do not send your product directly to Maison Sacrée, as this only causes additional expenses. For direct shipments, you are responsible for all costs associated with getting the product to any Warranty Center, including packaging, shipping costs, and applicable taxes. Instead, use the authorized sales stores or our online e-commerce platforms to return the product.

For all services at the Warranty Center, you must include your order number with the product in question. The Warranty Center will decide if the problem falls under Maison Sacrée's warranty. All costs associated with any repairs or replacements covered by our warranty, including all necessary costs to send the repaired or new product to you, are our responsibility. If the product needs to be replaced but is no longer in stock, we will replace your original product with another Maison Sacrée product of similar kind or refund your money, depending on your preference.

Damages resulting accidentally or indirectly and labor costs or damages related to interventions performed by individuals other than a Warranty Center are not covered by this warranty. Consequently, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, all implied obligations are excluded. This warranty is limited to the value of the product. 2-Year Limited Global Warranty

Maintenance and repair operations not covered by the warranty on your product can be performed by any company, but you must contact the Maison Sacrée Warranty Center ("Warranty Center") exclusively through the email address mentioned above for any repairs under warranty.
