Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unused, labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need an invoice or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, you need to create a request on the Return & Exchange Form screen. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return code as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if the product is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please note that refund payments will be made on the first Wednesday following the approval of the request and it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
