Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unused, labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need an invoice or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you need to create a request on the Return & Exchange Form screen. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return code as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if the product is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately so that we can assess and rectify the problem.
Refunds
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Refund payments are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the request is approved. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
