Return & Exchange Policy
General Conditions
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order from Maison Sacrée.
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• Undamaged
Used or altered products are strictly not eligible for return.
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to use, including tears, deformations, or issues related to fabric color or durability.
Each order is eligible for one-time return or exchange only. Multiple requests for the same order will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please complete the Return & Exchange Form available on our website.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a return code and detailed shipping instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are not covered by Maison Sacrée.
For exchange requests, the shipping cost is covered by our company.
You do not need to pay for return shipping at the time of sending; the cost will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
All orders must be checked immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 2 days of delivery.
Reports submitted after this period will not be processed under any circumstances.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
